Our central station is an underwriters laboratories (UL) listed and factory Mutual Approved Facility.
Our central station will meet and exceed you insurance company requirements on being UL and FM approved.
All incoming calls to our central station are received by our highly trained console operators. Individuals occupying this positions are selected from among the most proficient and tenured operators. They have demonstrated the ability to courteously and efficiently direct all calls to the appropriate representative and authorities. In order to best protect our customers & the authorities every call to the central station is recorded on a digital voice unit. Each employee must pass and complete a test and only after demonstrating that they have mastered the skills and the ability to execute their job tasks are they permitted to serve our customers.
We also insure the continuing education by conducting ongoing training and review of new and existing policies. This reinforces our commitment to providing the highest level of service and knowledge of systems and processes.
